About BFP

HOW OUR PITCH COMPETITION WORKS

and why it is unique

Founders have three minutes to pitch about their business storyline, product/service, innovation/ingenuity, business model, and target market. Each pitch also features a three-minute Q&A with our featured Panel of Champions - our group of respected business experts who will provide founders with feedback and takeaways.

Here's where our competition is differs from other events. Our panel does not score the pitches nor do they select the winner. The audience selects the winner through our unique “vote with your dollars” method. Think of it as ‘Shark Tank’, with an audience, where everyone is a shark. Using our platform, the audience votes with their dollars to determine the winner. The founder with the most votes wins (not the most money raised).
